It is based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
I weave a multi-disciplined healing approach with traditional Reiki, that leads my clients on an inner journey. I help my clients step into an energy field of possibilities in which the whole self can be accessed, felt, and grounded. Energetically, I work with the energies of the land, elementals, ancestors, angelic beings, and others that may reveal themselves in helping the process. Because our physical and subtle bodies are the vessels for the heavy energies wanting to be released, I call on the support of healing sound, toning, chanting, crystals, tapping, animal totems, water, reflexology, and placement of hands over energy centers. This work is intuitive and other healing ways and allies may present themselves to help you, as I tune in to your field.
I am an experienced and certified Usui/Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® master teacher, mentor, and meditation guide. I lead every session with love, kindness, empathy, and an open heart. The insights and intuition start before you arrive, as does the healing process. Guided by the principles of Reiki and the innate wisdom of the client, each session is an opportunity to heal at your own pace. Sessions can be done in-person or virtually.
